Oregon Zoo
On Tuesday, Troy's mom came to visit us in Oregon. We took Linken to the zoo for his first time. It was 38 degrees out and there was even some snow on the ground. This is us in the petting zoo riding a wooden horse while the sheep behind us were getting sheared.

I've been doing the Skinny B diet (more a lifestyle change than a diet). Emerson got me interested. I've been a total vegan and given up refined sugar and anything made with it. I was just exercising for the longest time and nothing was changing so the realization came that "you cannot keep shoveling the same crap into your mouth every day and expect to lose weight." I hope I never let myself get that huge again! I still have a lot of work to do but I'm working on it. Thanks for noticing and for the honesty :)
Haha. Yeah I read about it on her blog...the name stuck well !!! Well: looking good. We'll just move in with my parents when they come next month. My Dad will be teaching Rel...just until we get bumped up/down from our #106 for TVA. Imagine..we were originally #100 then two weeks later? they tell us we're 106. Anyways, it means no more cooking for me ;)
